According to the studies of Psychology, Emotional Intelligence is a person’s capacity to question about the emotions and the emotional information contained within these emotions. Psychological studies suggest that the people who have higher emotional intelligence are better at quickly and accurately finding a solution to the emotions related problems. Such individuals can also better interpret the emotions on the other people’s faces. These gifted people also have the ability of effectively utilizing their emotional episodes in order to promote certain types of thinking. For example, they are well aware that when people are sad, they are better able to analyze the situations around them and they may also alter their thought process accordingly.People with higher EI also better understand the meaning behind every emotion.
