She was born on October 14, 1900, and passed away on December 20, 1993. His father was an insurance agent along with the liar, and his mother was a piano teacher. He was greatly inspired by his father when he studied mathematics and law, and hence he enrolled himself at the University of Wyoming in 1917, then enrolled at the University of Colorado and then at Yale University, where he finished his studies with the PhD in Mathematical Physics. He foresaw quality management as a core concept which ensures that management practices are continually working on their Services to produce quality and creative productivity in their existing products. W. Edwards Deming defined quality as “Good quality means a predictable degree of uniformity and dependability with a quality standard suited to the customer. The underlying philosophy of all definitions is the same – consistency of confor- mance and performance, and keeping the customer in mind.”The concepts introduced by him are currently being followed all over the world in every organisation to efficiently implement their business operations. Companies all over the globe are adopting this approach as a system of controlling and evaluating each of their operations and then assigning their strategies as per the quality criteria. Hence, TQM can be regarded as a new approach to success. Since this approach is still in use today, it can be considered to be a contemporary approach to shaping business conducts. The third paragraph should compare this approach with our modern society:All the work in the field of Total Quality Management contributed by W. Edwards Deming shows that his philosophy adds as not so much as a technique, but it is a basic philosophy of Management to ensure the existence of a system of continuous improvement of quality practices. He has then, created a Framework containing 14 points to guide each business by asserting total quality management as a process which can be used in every workplace all over the world to guide to their long term or short term business plans and to help achieve their goals as a knowledge management tool. All of these points have exclusively been a part of management disciplines and total quality management procedures being implemented by companies in the modern times. They have shaped the role of current technology in the world by stating the need of a constancy toward the quality improvement of products and services which require improvement by instituting education and training, leadership, loyalty, and trust in customers and waste reduction. The fourth paragraph (future for this type of management style)While discussing the future of this management style one can assert that this management style is the future. Since the management style assures that all the barriers faced by management to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement of their processes is warranted; the very process in view is vital for keeping any corporation afloat in the current stringent competitive environment for each establishment.ReferencesDeming, W.
